DSP Performance Motorsports is pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Please review our international shipping terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

• Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
• Express International Shipping: 4-12 business days
• Priority International Shipping: 3-8 business days

Import Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs

IMPORTANT: DSP Performance Motorsports is NOT responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by your country's government or customs authorities.

• All import duties, taxes, and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer
• These charges are determined by your local customs office and vary by country
• Customers are responsible for paying all applicable fees to receive their shipment
• Refusal to pay customs fees may result in package return or abandonment
• DSP Performance Motorsports cannot predict or estimate these charges
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for duty/tax information before ordering

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.

All goods will be shipped within 72 Hours of Payment clearing our bank

International Returns and Exchanges

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days
• Customer pays all applicable duties/taxes on returned items
• Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment date
• Customer must provide documentation from local postal service
• Insurance claims are processed according to carrier terms
• DSP Performance Motorsports will assist with claim documentation

Prohibited Countries

We currently do not ship to countries under US trade restrictions or where shipping is prohibited by US law.

All Custom Orders such as Superchargers, American Racing Headers Etc are Shipped as Fast as our Vendors can produce these products (these are currently running at 8 weeks build time)

We can Only Ship to Credit Card Billing Addresses Unless we have written authority from the Credit Card Owner to Ship Elsewhere
